Refund Policy
Effective May 1, 2026
No Long-Term Contracts
Apex Elite coaching is sold as a month-to-month subscription. There are no long-term contracts, and you can cancel at any time from your Subscriptions page.
How Cancellation Works
When you cancel, your subscription remains active through the end of the billing period you have already paid for, and you will not be charged again. You retain access to coaching materials and the client portal until that date.
Refunds
Because coaching plans are personalized and delivered immediately upon enrollment, monthly subscription fees are non-refundable once the billing period has begun.
We will, however, consider refund requests in good faith for the following situations:
- A duplicate or accidental charge (we will refund the duplicate in full).
- A technical issue on our end that prevented you from accessing the Services for the majority of a billing period.
- Other circumstances we determine, in our sole discretion, to warrant a refund.
How to Request a Refund
Email apexelite@apex-elite.com within 7 days of the charge in question. Include the email address on your account and a brief description of the issue. We will respond within 3 business days.
Chargebacks
Please reach out to us before initiating a chargeback with your card issuer. We will work with you in good faith to resolve any billing concern. Chargebacks initiated without first contacting us may result in suspension of your account.
