This Privacy Policy explains how Apex Elite (“we”, “us”, “our”) collects, uses, and protects information when you use our website, client portal, and coaching services (the “Services”). By using the Services, you agree to the practices described here.

2. Information We Collect

We collect the following categories of information:

  • To secure the Services, prevent abuse, and enforce our Terms.
  • To comply with legal obligations.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for advertising targeting.

6. Data Retention

We retain your account and coaching data for as long as your account is active and for a reasonable period afterward to comply with legal obligations and resolve disputes. You can request deletion of your account at any time from your profile page or by emailing us.

7. Your Rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal information, and to object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise any of these rights, contact us at apexelite@apex-elite.com. We will respond within a reasonable time, and in any case within the timeframes required by applicable law.

California residents have additional rights under the CCPA, including the right to know what personal information we collect and the right to request deletion. We do not sell personal information.

8. Security

We use industry-standard practices to protect your information, including encrypted transport (HTTPS), hashed passwords, encrypted secrets, and access controls. No system is perfectly secure; if you become aware of a vulnerability, please report it to apexelite@apex-elite.com.

The Services are intended for adults aged 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided information to us, please contact us so we can remove it.
